Party-Master 4K London - Dir: Phil Clyde Smith

Shit Shifter - 4K - London- Director Phil Clyde - Smith

Millenials - 4K- London - Comedy Sketch Dir: Phil Clyde Smith

The Moth Man - 4K-

A selection of my favourite short films as DOP. Some are award winning, and two have been shown on the Big Screen in London and across the UK

Second Mate - 4K 1:85:1

Shot over 2 beautifully sunny days on location in Brittany in a Loch next to the Atlantic Ocean.

LE BISCUIT - ARRI ALEXA 1:85:1 (Guerilla)

I directed and DOP'd this very short short film in London. I Shot it entirely on a Spherical 24-290mm Angeniuex T2.8 Zoom, mounted on a Pee Wee dolly. This film was shot with a Zero budget, lets call it Guerilla. I have a penchant for Black and White and comedy. This short film is under a minute long and tells a tale of a hungry man.

My Shadow Mocks Me (16:9 B&W)

I promise that I am not all Black and White. This is a very short and creepy film that toured the worlds festival circuits receiving a lot of critical acclaim. Not suitable for watching alone (NSWA). This film was shot with nothing but Natural Light.

Playback - 4K Sony 2:35:1 Duration 7mins

This is a short Film that I am particularly proud of. Shot all in 4K this is a dark horror that is about to hit the festival circuits. You will  want to see this. I will give you the password.

Cardinal Burns - Fiery Hawk B-Camera Operator

It is still one of the funniest, sickest and most amazing bits of comedy that I had the privilege to be involved with. Although I wasn't the DP on this one I still was heavily involved whilst operating Arri Alexa on the B Camera.

Connected - Short Film

Another short film that I was the Camera Operator on. Starring Kevin Eldon and Miles Jupp, this is a real smart and tragic short film set in London.

Gas 2016- 4K 16:9

A short film I shot using In-Camera effects and lighting and shot on 2 Cameras.

Simian Mobile Disco - I'ts The Beat 16:9 HD & 35mm Film Hand Painted

Excuse the compression. This video is a victim of the youtube/ record company fall-out that happened a few years ago. This video had views in excess of 4million people on youtube and was a regular rotation on MTV. We shot this in HD and our very talented Director then hand painted individual frames.

Seasick Steve - It's a Long Way 16:9 2K

A weird role on this, I was one of the lead camera operators on this amazing doco style promo, but ended up grading it and seeing it through. Steves beard and moustache really helped with Lip synch.

Open Your Eyes 2:35:1 Red and 5D 2nd Camera

A fun couple of Days Operating and doing 2nd Camera/ 2nd Unit on this video.
